The Evening

This autumn, we are delighted to invite you to join us for a very special evening in support of Hospitality Action, a charity incredibly close to our hearts. On Monday 12th October, The Bath Priory will host ‘Harvest Gathering ‘ an elegant dinner. At the heart of the evening is a shared commitment to supporting the hospitality community through Hospitality Action’s work.

The evening will begin with a glass of Laurent-Perrier Heritage, seasonal canapés, accompanied by the warm sounds of live violins drifting through candlelit rooms. Guests will then enjoy a beautifully curated three-course dinner, alongside a silent auction of luxury experiences, fundraising moments, and thoughtful surprises throughout the evening.

Many hospitality workers are facing challenges & struggles with mental health issues, physical illness, financial difficulty, and family problems. Your evening supports peer support training, mental health first aid courses, and direct financial assistance that reaches the people who keep our sector running. Through your ticket, generous bidding, and shared commitment to supporting the hospitality community, this evening will help raise vital funds for those within our industry when they need support most. We would be delighted for you to join us for this meaningful and memorable occasion.

The Evening Reception

18:30: Arrival Reception
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of “Laurent Perrier Heritage, seasonal canapés, live strings, and the opening of the silent auction.

19:15: Call for Dinner
Guests will be invited to dinner on shared tables.

19:25: Welcome & Opening Remarks
An introduction to the evening and the important work of Hospitality Action.

19:35: First Course Served
The first course of a beautifully curated seasonal banquet will be served.

19:50: Hospitality Action Film
A short film sharing the impact and importance of Hospitality Action’s work.

20:00: Main Course Served
The evening continues with the second course, celebrating the best of British seasonal produce.

  • Full pre-payment is required to secure all reservations.
  • Tickets are valid for the specified event at The Bath Priory only and are valid on the event date stated.
  • Please present your ticket or confirmation email to staff upon arrival.
  • Tickets may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event. After this time, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Ticket price includes a garden drinks reception, three-course gala dinner, and accompanying wine.
  • Dress code: Smart casual.
  • Guests with dietary requirements or allergies are asked to notify the hotel in advance. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate requests; where this is not possible, guests will be informed accordingly.
