The Evening

As the warmth of summer settles across the gardens of The Bath Priory, guests are invited to step into an evening inspired by moonlight, wild botanicals, and the timeless magic of A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
The evening will begin with Champagne, botanical cocktails, and seasonal canapés served amongst lantern-lit gardens and soft candlelight, accompanied by live entertainment drifting through the twilight air.
Guests will then enjoy a beautifully curated dinner celebrating the very best of the British season, with thoughtful details woven throughout the experience.

18:30: Arrival Reception
Guests will be welcomed with Champagne, botanical cocktails, seasonal canapés, live strings, and the opening of the silent auction.

19:15: Call for Dinner
Guests will be invited to dinner on shared tables.

19:25: Welcome & Opening Remarks
An introduction to the evening and the important work of Hospitality Action.

19:35: First Course Served
The first course of a beautifully curated seasonal banquet will be served.

19:50: Hospitality Action Film
A short film sharing the impact and importance of Hospitality Action’s work.

20:00: Main Course Served
The evening continues with the second course, celebrating the best of British seasonal produce.

Full pre-payment is required to secure all reservations.
Tickets are valid for the specified event at The Bath Priory only and are valid on the event date stated.
Please present your ticket or confirmation email to staff upon arrival.
Tickets may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the event. After this time, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Ticket price includes a garden drinks reception, three-course gala dinner, and accompanying wine.
Dress code: Black Tie with a Botanical Touch.
Guests with dietary requirements or allergies are asked to notify the hotel in advance. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate requests; where this is not possible, guests will be informed accordingly.
